Yes as stated, you have to adjust end play for the foot pedal or fork to remove it.

 

every thing is disconnected but cant seem to get it past the pressure plate

 

If everything is assembled ... keep in mind that the throw-out bearing is going to stay in there since it is "captured" by the transmission input shaft.

If this is the case, you might have trouble getting the fork to move inward enough to "unclip" from the pivot ... or so it seems to me.

 

trans is out and the fork is off the pivet ball but cant seem to get it out the hole,,seems to be hitting the pressure plate fingers

 

OP says trans is out, but BH and clutch are installed. Fork "should" be able to come out though without trans installed

 

ok thanks guys if I cant get it out I will have remove BH.

 

6 bolts hold the bell housing on. Take it off and make your life easy.

I never could with out removing or loosening bell housing.

 

I just did this not long ago, but I have a QuickTime bell, I believe the hole is slightly smaller than the 621 bell.
just needed to wiggle it around to the angle that worked.
