Have you ever had one of those days when...

Last December I was driving out to the track and gassed up in Stockton, CA. My 21 gallon tank took 23 gallons! I noticed there was no weights and measures approval stickers on the pumps. I went inside to complain and the woman behind the counter said she has heard that before, she also said the stickers got stolen. I said "ya right" and had to get on my way because I was running late. I also know of a local station that puts 20 cents on the pump as soon as you turn it on, I complained about that one too and the guy said "What, you are complaining about 20 cents? Here is your 20 cents back!" I called that one in and never went back.
