These look to be very nice headers for the money. They have 3/8" flanges and 14 guage tubes. Coated they only run like 259 from Summit. Anyone running these ?? If so how do you llke them and how good is the clearence??

no experience with them personally. the only set i've seen were on a 377 on a dyno. they look real nice, but the driver side actually rested against the oil filter. getting the filter on and off was a major pain, even on a dyno. i was not impressed. sorry i cant be of more help

unfortunately i don't. in fact after thinking about it, they were for a second gen camaro, and they were 1 3/4, thats all i know. they looked like nice headers too, but the plugs were a mother to change, and the rubbing on the oil filter did not impress. sorry i can't help you out a bit more.

Re: Headman elite series headers

I have them on my 67 SS 350 4 speed car. They SUCK!!! There are at least 3 of the flange bolts that you can't get any wrench except a small 3/8" or 7/16 depending on bolts on. I had to dent them to clear stock steering box, plugs are real joy to change.
The collectors won't stay tight, I had to double nut them, hope that works. The flange to the head seal is another issue, finally ended up with 2 gaskets on the passenger side and 3 on the drivers side. Headman is no help, don't even bother to call them. Just don't buy them, I have always used Hookers, and should have this time. You do get what you pay for.

I run them on my 82 Z-28, so mine are the shorty style with the matching y-pipe. I've had them on the car for 3 years now, no problems with them.
