I have a 4 speed saginaw in my 67 camaro. The trans is not original. Im not sure how to fill the oil in my trans. The only plug I can find is the drain plug. Any help would be appreciated, also which oil and how much is recommended?

80W90 GL4 service lube. Don't use a synthetic. It is so thin that it will find a way to leak out of the transmission.
To fill: There is a fill hole on the passenger side about half way up the main case. With the transmission sitting upright keep adding lube until the lube starts to weep out of the fill hole. Do not over fill or the lube will leak out and soak the clutch. This can be done either with the transmission in the car or out.
And a real helpful manual:
