OK Gun Gurus, tell me about my Smith & Wesson Performance Center 357

I love guns, and have never really gotten into the details, but I went to auction and bought a couple. The one I am curious of is a Smith & Wesson 357, 8 shot revolver. It is stamped Performance Center on one side of the barrel, and 357 Mag-8 Times on the other side of the barrel. It is in stainless, with a very cool one piece handle. I paid 650.00 any ideas what I bought? Thanks guys, nikkisdad :beers:

S&W 686 6" 357 polished stainless here. This one is my favorite.

Sounds like a nice gun. 5" barrel may kick a little, but shouldn't be too bad... not as bad as my .480. You'll enjoy it!
