I have just replaced the T5 tranny in my 84 z28 with a T5 tranny out of a 87 and was wondering if anyone can tell me how to change it to a cable speedometer. The speedometer runs off of a cable and the new tranny has a plug for electronic speedometer. Any help would be great. Thanks Shawn

You might look at Summit Racing and others for an adapter. There are devices out there having a cable fed generator for VSS systems.
