All original drive train was long gone when I bought it in '82. I don't even know what it had 307,327 or 350? I'm assuming 4th week of March would probably be 307 or 350? I'm pretty sure it was a factory saginaw 4 speed. Does this sound right? Are X11s really more common than X44s?

I sold the 10 bolt 3.08 and put in 12 bolt 3.73, always had multi leafs on it.

Yes it does. Does that mean it was originally a 350 car?

I'd say yes. The springs are the main evidence.
