I want to buy a set of rear convo pros centerline but I don’t know if a 4.50 or 4.75 back space will rub inside I am also going with a rear disc break setup I know it pushes the wheel out 1/1 inch I have staggered shocks and a 12 bolt rear any info is appreciated

My 8" wide with 4.5" backspace is about perfect as for centered in the wheel well....a 10" will stick out 2" more with the same BS....I would not go with more in a stock wheel well unless plus sizeing.
Now "IF" your disc set-up add's 1" to the mounting flange, I would add that amount to the BS.

I would wait until the disc's are on and measure to be sure.

Good luck :beers:

Thanks for the info I will wait the car has adjustable shackles it will stick out it is what I want but was worried about the inside rub but in any case I will wait till the disc conversion is done It’s a Baldwin motion replica in process so the shackles were used in 69 on the camaro to clear the vette tally wheels in the rear

Pretty sure they won’t rub on the inside. The correct backsping for a 10” wheel is 5.75”.

Must be going for that old school jacked up look....
