...yes, this is a clone. I thought it was a nice looking car, done cleanly and it's pretty much what my friend is looking for.
...my thought were that $23-$25K would not be unreasonable.

I like the car, I think 25 is a good price to buy it for. Certainly would cost more than that to make one that nice.

Factory multi-leafs. With X-11, might have been an SS350!
Nice looking car!I think 25k is reasonable.
Have your buddy check for all the standard SS indicators-2 fuel lines,28 coil springs on the hood hinges,12 bolt rear, dual exhaust hanger on drivers rear frame rail. These dont garauntee its an SS350-but they help.
Good luck:thumbsup:

Ahhh, but here they do. 124379N644796 - this is a later in the year car. Original dual fuel lines would mean it's an SS. :)

...I didn't even think of this
I'll have to check the underside photos I got, ...I think I saw two fuel lines :) (I may be confusing this with another car, ...I'll check)

...crazy part, ...my buddy is just looking for a nice driver, ...he didn't really care if it was a real SS or not, ...so either way he's fine :D

I just joined:D
The cowl tag says the car was garnet red with a black vinyl roof, built May 5th third week and the Vin# mathes to the info from camaros.org decode section. The ebay description says it was a frame off restoration, how would one know?
Thanks Kevin and everyone for your help:thumbsup:
I'll post some more info and questions as they come up.
