Reported to whom? Trim tag sales are unethical, not illegal. VIN sales are illegal.

There was a time ebay ended TT sales. Not sure they do anymore.

By law though dont they have to comply with laws in all states , which would make this an Illegal item ( Oklahoma law ) ? so yeah if they cant conform to the laws they should pull it

reporting this to ebay will not do you any good at all trim tag's are simply viewed as classic car part's , only thing they will delete is a vin and title type auction ,

You say that as a joke, but in todays world you just don't know who's lurking around this site waiting for someone else to do the search on ebay for just this and other types of 'things'. It's a lot easier and faster then searching yourself! Just click on the link.

I don't like loose trim tags. Not at all. But as others have pointed out, it's not illegal to sell them in most states. Unethical, yes.
