The Short WP standard groove I listed was on my car when I purchased it and working fine. When I upgraded to 67/8 Z28 deep groove pulleys & HD alt & PS pump brackets I tried to save some $$ because the deep PS add on pulley was $120. I quickly discovered can't swap and bought the deep Grove from The Parts Place, a GM dealership in Dekalb. I have bought a lot of original GM stuff from them.

I see everyone calling out for a different part # standard groove 3rd add on pulley for SWP 3751232. The Parts Place ebay store has that one for $77 and it is original GM part, not reproduction.

I would pursue this part number and search for those other sources for the $30ish pricing, don't forget to add in shipping. Parts Place there is never additional shipping. Price listed is what I pay and they ship quickly. Make sure those lower prices are original GM vs "replaces" part 3751232. I have heard people having problems with quality of repop pulleys, so it's your choice to make. Maybe the others we jump in with replies as to repop or GM, sources and how happy they are with theirs.
3751232 is the part number shown in the AIM. I've purchased from The Parts Place numerous times and I've always had to pay a shipping charge.

OP, my 327 had, now on my BPE 355, the stock 1 piece 3 groove pully. car was shipped to CA originally so I believe it "may" of had a smog pump, IDK. However it also did have what appears to have been dealer installed AC as there are 2 holes, now plugged, in firewall where a under dash AC unit lines were run.

My point is GM did make a 1 piece 3 groove crank pully. Currently my center groove is not used. I have PS using the front groove and Alt/WP using the back one.

hard to see, but this is pic of my 3-groove pully

The fact everyone is suggesting the 232 pulley is why I suggested OP go with it and forget the one my PO had installed (even though it worked for me, the 232 is the right one). I don't like after market copies of v belt pulleys. Most are likely fine, but I have heard of others having problems, so GM pulleys for me, which the 232 is.

I can't explain why you get hit with shipping charges. Sometimes sellers discount the price and recoup with shipping, sometimes they factor in shipping with the part price and claim no shipping. The current listing from Parts Place for the GM 232 pulley shows free shipping if you look at the pic posted.

I have ordered 5x interior dye from them, 4x free shipping, only recently last month paid shipping. The cost of the dye was always the same, just one time they added shipping. So they aren't manipulating prices, just occasionally throw a shipping charge on, and are up front about it. My crossram air cleaner lid was free shipping, the base I paid shipping. My DG PS GM add on pulley no shipping. So I will correct myself to say my experience has been most of the time free shipping from Parts Place. Read the ad when purchasing. I still like and agree with Dyno John & Camaro Guy, find it used for the best price. For me though I no longer have access to a media blast cabinet, and no desire to buy one. So I simply pay more for the new part. OP asked me where they could buy one, so I posted back. I should have also suggested it pays to dig deep searching. I needed a DG PS pulley. The GM one is cast iron and $200. I knew all Saginaw PS pump shafts of the era share the same shaft diameter. So fo $30 I found one on a Pontiac Boneville, cast iron similar to the Z28. A little digging turned up used on Firebird, GTO, ect. Saved $170. Sometimes it pays to dig.

Once again, if you are having a hard time finding Camaro parts, try looking on the Corvette sites. The Corvette guys are WAY more particular about original appearance and quality for show purposes. If you find the part you are looking for, you can use the Corvette price to gauge value against some other parts supplier.

I've bought some Camaro not available parts from Zip Corvette and Top Flight Automotive.

These guys have all the tiny bits and pieces that are unavailable on Camaros, but apparently everyone needs on a Corvette.

I think you're buying from The Parts Place on Ebay? Here's a link to their website for the 232 pulley showing a cost of $59. I always bought direct from their website. That's probably why the shipping charge.

Thanks Al, much appreciated! The Parts Place looks like they are manipulating the product price then claiming "free shipping".

Joe, sorry I dug through the few boxes of parts I have left and no pulley. It must've hit the trash can although I don't recall.

Unlike my brand new KYB Gas-A-Just shocks, those couldn't hit the trash can quick enough!

Would you be able to tell me what cooling fan and spacer I will need once I get this belt/pulley issue figured out? This is the crank pulley that I have from a guy who is very knowledgeable. My water pump pulley is also standard size with double groove and I think I need the add on pulley, then fan and spacer and bolts correct? I have Power Steering and no AC. Where should I get these parts?
Is that fan I have even for a Camaro? The hole is too large on this fan. THANKS for the help!!! Is this where I type followup questions?

Next I have to connect the Mallory Unilite Distributor to a American Autowire HEI engine harness. Anyone know what that should look like? Send picture or suggestions.

My stock 327 did have a 4 blade fan but the index (center) hole was smaller than the one you have. That spacer was about 2" long IIRC. You want the fan 1/2 in/out of shroud

Personally I would put the 7 blade fan and a fan clutch on.

IIRC, the Unilite distributor does want a resistance wire so if your new AAW harness is for a HEI distributor, it would not have that. You would need a Ballast resistor. Check instructions for Unitilite distributor to confirm if it needs a ballast resistor or resistance wire.

Crank 3rd add on pulley standard depth groove is GM # 38744161. Deep groove 3rd add on pulley is GM # 3916385. They are not interchangeable even though they will mount up, if you use the wrong one they slightly hit each other. You also need slightly longer bolts to mount this inside & in front of your 2 groove crank pulley into the 3 holes in your balancer. This is the deep groove set up & utilizes a cast deep groove PS pulley. The standard groove uses a stamped steel PS pulley. It also shows the HP Z28 PS pump saddle bracket that uses the 2 holes next to balancer and the seperate rear PS pump bracket that attachs to engine mount.
