Nice clean engine bay. When you buy a SWP look for one with a CNC machined impeller vs the old stamped steel.blades. If you ever plan on making the heater functional important to buy one with the NPT pipe hole on the passenger side.
I see 3 or 4 curious things you may or may not benefit from changing/hooking up/removing that don't cost a thing to address. A pic of passenger side of intake/carb with air cleaner removed would help see why it's so busy at the carb. All in all I really like the appearance, I am also a no chrome guy. But I would spend time or $ changing anything for that purpose on yourset up. Looks great as is. I agree on the VCs, a nice vintage aluminum set would look great.
@SY1 - Yes on the heater function so good council there.
Do you have one you can point me to that not only has the CNC impeller but the additional pipe hole (and maybe decent color, this one is kind of a gold hue...
I'll get a pic of the engine for all sides with the air cleaner out of the way and thanks so much for taking the time man, I really appreciate it.
This is my first Camaro
I am a Belair guy and have built and had many cars over the year but the 50's was my thing so I have not delt with some of these things. that, plus the fact that this is a custom build, I really don't know what I bought (picked this up on BAT just weeks ago)
Aga, many thanks for the time and help!
