1969 Camaro
*** SOLD ***

For sale is my sister in-laws 1969 Camaro 6 cyl. 3 speed manual transmission car. It's a Calif. born car built on Jan.19,1969. It shows 84 miles on the odometer,,obviously it has rolled over at least once. It was repainted 8 years ago the same color as it was from the factory. The upper a-frame bushing have been replaced. The car has drum brakes on all four corners and is a manual brake car. The brake pedal is low so it probibly needs a wheel cylinder. It is a manual steering car also. The engine runs good, doesn't smoke and doesn't look like it's ever been touched by the appearance of it. The trunk pan has rust from where water sat in it. The roof has bumps under the vinyl top signifying that there is rust under the vinyl top as well. I can't say it is repairable or not until the vinyl roof comes off. Both rear quarter window tracks need work. Other than that the rest of the car being original is in good shape. The floor pans are in excellent condition. Being a Calif. car I believe really helped this car..All four fender wells are all in good shape inside and out. I used a flashlite to look down inside the rear quarter windows and it is rust free in there as well. There is no major body damage on this car except on the front peice in front of the hood where you can see a small ding on the upper valance panel and on the right front fender there are a couple rust spots under the paint. The rest of the sheet metal is in great condition. It needs a new vinyl dash as this is the original. It will need new interior door panels and the cardboard peices that go between the headliner and rear quarter panels. The seats were re-upholstered around 10 years ago and are in decent shape. The seat frames are in good condition as well. The car still has the original black Calif. plates, a big plus if the car stays here in Calif. The car has 3 sets of seat belts in the back seat and the front seats also have seperate lap and shoulder belts. The car has had a Calif. D.M.V. non-op slip since 2004.. The tires are in good shape as well as the engle 14"wheels. I have described this car as good as I can but please don't hesitate to ask any questions as I will do my level best to give you an accurate answer. My zip code is 95340 for shipping purposes. Thanks for looking.
