Need help restoring my headlight washer system. Bought repro parts but can't locate the plastic check valves to complete install. Also can't seem to get system to pump water to headlight hose. Any help/suggestions. I have assembly manual and have confirmed it is plumbed correctly.

I believe if you have the key turned forward without the engine running you should be able to hear the pump run. I would start there. Pull off a hose at a time right from the pump and move along to the next connection to see where the issue is. I'm guessing its going to take time to "prime" all that hose length.
Pull the hose off the reservoir tank and fill the hose with washer fluid to help
prime the pump. Operating the pump dry is not good on the pump.
