Looks great! Do they actually tough each other or is there a little gap?
They touch, and I clamped them tight together then drilled and tapped a 8/32 hole, ground down the head of a 8/32 allen head to hold them together. No matter how tight you tighten the air filter inside, They wanted to turn when running, the bolt stops all that.

Hacking away at some door panel ideas, FFR supplies an aluminum panel unlike any aluminum i've ever worked with, it just won't bend or conform very easy, almost like it has memory and a bad attitude to remain straight and flat.
I talked to a local auto upholstery shop and they told em to use 6mm PVC foam board, picked up a 4x8 sheet for $65 and this stuff is a pleasure to work with. I can cut, sand drill, screw up and re-do pretty easy now until I get what I want
1st version so far, arm rest is too high so i'll need to lower it

You expect for the money we pay for these things that stuff should fit a little better. The passenger side door panel fit fine, the driver side is off by more than a half inch. I did direct trace and cut from the original panels and you can see how far off the driver side is. That black sharpie line is what actually fits the door and the aluminum panel is what they sent.. Should be better than this
