Not selling, but wondering what it might be worth in this economy. It just hit 80k original miles, all original parchment interior, tic-tac-tach, PS, PDB, Tilt, one repaint, original LeMans blue. Original am radio, numbers matching L34 396/350 (not many came with this engine, especially with RS and convertible options.) Also wonder how many were made, it has turbo 400, less came with the auto, I have heard approx 100 total of this model from a camaro forum tech.

Thanks!

it will bring crazy silly money for sure... id start at 45k on the low side and watch the bidding grow!

It won't bring much if anything in this economy. Let me know where to take this car off your hands........free of charge.

Just kidding, looks great. Hard to give a value on a car like that but I agree, around the 50k mark, could go higher, could go a little less I suppose. Beautiful car!!!

Probably has poor gas mileage.......Leaks in the rain. Poor traction on wet and slippery roads......

Has the warrantee expired?

Sounds like a lemon...........

I'll give you $20K for it..........:)

I agree with the others - beautiful car, and nice colors and options. Some questions that could affect the value: What if any metal was replaced when it was repainted? Was the interior replaced when the repaint was done? Power top or manual? Any documentation to prove it is what it is? This would be a plus for a '68 in this age of restamps and fake cowl tags. Not saying yours is either at all, just saying that having a build sheet, window sticker, invoice, etc., can add a significant amount to the value. In any case, a ride anyone would be proud of!

Sorry for late reply, a 396/350 with auto should have an MR stamped on the block which is an L34, a 396/325 with auto should have an MY stamped which is an L35. I have a 3:07 rear (not great off the line but great MPG for a big block) :)
Here is a good resource for decoding:
