Everett... Just got my cookbook in the mail yesterday and all i can say is wow!! I bought emerils cookbook and out of 250 pages probally 6-10 are real world recipes..your cookbook on every page thier is something to cook whether in a hurry or spending time in the kicthen!! Very impressed with the recipes !! I thought this would just be another book on the shelf collecting dust!! No sir!! This cookbook will be used and the pages will be worn out for sure,by me and my wife!!..thanks for posting this for sale on the site and giving us got a shot at this!! im thinking about buying 4 more!! 1 for an extra..1 for rachel..and 2 for christmas presents!! thank everett!!!

I GOT A PACKAGE OF CHOPS WITH PAGE 50 WRITTEN ALL OVER THEM!!...I HAVE USED AND ABUSED THAT COOKBOOK TO DEATH..MY POOR WIFE WANT TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE ONE NIGHT FOR DINNER..HAHAHA..THATS AINT HAPPENING, I HAVENT GONE THREW ALL THE PAGES YET...:hurray:

 

My wife hid the cookbook on me!! Now im gonna hide her hairdryer on her..wars on!!!

In celebration of veterans day, i dug in your cookbook to see whats in there that would finish off the day
and lo and behold i found it

i was hurting for a bit but it was a good hurt!!!
