The rear now a body what else is coming.I got to get a project going your fillen up the boards.Looks good Brian keep up the nice work...What are the suspension plans with it.

 

This car will be DSE MIni Tubbed and use the DSE 4 link.
The front will be a complete DSE subframe and coilovers.

Yes but not enough money for propane at below twenty degree's here in Md..I hate to spend money and not for play time.We have his Explorer on the lift that needs to get done first....

I use mostly Dynacorn sheet metal, That is what we are using on this car.

Don't let the pics fool you there will be alot of massaging to get these parts to fit right.

What size tubing are you using for the support inside of the car?

 

Brian, you make it look like those panels just fell into place but I know that is not the case (unless you have a secret supplier). Those gaps around the tail panel look perfect. I am impressed as usual.

This is going to be a cool project we will be smoothing the drip rails and cutting in some functional rear brake ducts. There will be some other cool one off stuff coming too so keep checking in.

Well we made some progress. Got the frame rails and trunk welded in.
Also got the fire wall and cowl welded.

Looks awesome! I see you plugged from both sides of the trunk panel and frame rails. Did you do those plug inverted or pre-weld them before setting the trunk and rails into the body jig?

I weld them from underneath while on the jig.

Made a little more progress today.

 

Here is an update.

Made a little progress. All primed up!

 

Removing drivers side rocker. This rocker was badly dented.

 

Fitting new rocker.

Inner rocker all sealed with epoxy.

 

I spent the past couple of days working the rocker panels.

Drivers side new rocker installed.

had to patch the lower a-piller

 

I had to patch three spots on the passenger side.
